How we do it

Empathy Call

The first meeting where we’ll discuss the bottlenecks that needs fixing and developing.


Part where both parties will be doing framework exercises (depending on data analysis) and creating a project management plan.


When the whole team needs enlightening of the subject matter, this will be for session deliveries and empowerment training.

Data Analysis

The phase where we’ll be analyzing the data discussed in the empathy call and designing frameworks to further figuring out solutions.


Followed accordingly from the project management  plan, it will be downscaled from top to bottom, and observe if there are any changes.


Feedback is everything — this will be where we’ll take note of the changes and decide what stays, what goes, and what needs to be innovated.
